Abstract

Putra Bungo Motor is one of the workshop is located in the Muara Bungo City. Processing transaction data still use books, so that problems occur that is ard to manage spare parts available quickly and accurately, often there is a mistake sales and services transaction data service, slow process of processing and for finding data , the information is less than accurate and prepare reports that could not be solved just in time. Hence, this study aims to give solution to the problem by offering system information transaction use of PHP language programming and a database MySQL. To system development with waterfall methods and used the model system the unified model language like use case diagram, activity diagram, class diagrams and flowchart. The new system produce outputs featuring customer data, spare part data, service data, sales data and services data that is structured and display report necessary to ease Putra Bungo Motor in get information quickly and correctly
