Abstract

Pospay merupakan platform berbasis rekening Giropos untuk melakukan transaksi keuangan dan layanan PT Pos Indonesia (persero) dengan cara mandiri secara mobile. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat penerimaan pengguna aplikasi Pospay serta mengetahui hubungan antar setiap variabel TAM yang mempengaruhi penerimaan pengguna aplikasi Pospay. Metode yang digunakan adalah Technology Acceptance Model 3 (TAM 3). Analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structuran Equation Model (SEM). Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) job relevance tidak berpengaruh secara positif terhadap perceived usefulness, (2) output quality berpengaruh secara positif terhadap perceived usefulness, (3) computer self efficancy berpengaruh secara positif terhadap perceived ease of use, (4)perceived enjoyment berpengaruh secara positif terhadap perceived ease of use, (5)perceived ease of use berpengaruh secara positif terhadap perceived usefulness, (6)perceived usefulness tidak berpengaruh secara positif terhadap behavioral intention to use, (7) perceived ease of use berpengaruh secara positif terhadap behavioral intention to use, (8) behavioral intention to use berpengaruh secara positif terhadap use behavior.
