Abstract
One of the technological developments that continue to innovate is in the delivery of files. Nowadays, there are many forms of applications that serve as file delivery media without having to use cables and with fast and accurate file transfer speeds, one of which is the Share it application. The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the use and satisfaction of users to get net results on system quality, information quality and service quality on ShareIt applications. The measurement model to be used in this study is the IS Success Model developed by Delon and McLean and has 10 hypotheses, in this study used 9 hypotheses. The model and hypothesis were validated through an online questionnaire involving 100 respondents from users of the Is Success Model app. Data is processed using Structural Equation Model (SEM) method through smartPls software. The results showed that, there are 4 hypotheses that give significant influence between variables, while 5 hypotheses do not give significant influence. There are 2 main dimensions in this study namely Use positive effect (0.319) and (0.048) significant and user satisfaction negative effect (-0.015) and insignificant (0.861). So it can be concluded that the success of ShareIt application is not good enough in meeting user expectations.
